Ready? Let’s go!

Here’s today’s download.

God actually cares about your summer.

Not just the big, flashy, Instagram-able stuff. Not just church camp or mission trips.

He cares about the random Tuesdays.

The late-night group chats.

The bored afternoons.

The “what even am I doing with my life?” kind of days.

Those “nothing’s happening” moments? They MATTER to Him.

And here’s the thing — I see you. I get it.

Because let me be honest… I’m 41. I’m a mom. And even I scroll sometimes and feel it hit me like a ton of bricks:Everyone’s posting their entire life, like the family in Florida is A-listing their ENTIRE summer, lake days, beach trips, outfit-of-the-day after outfit-of-the-day, perfect friend squads, sunsets like postcards.

And for a second — and I mean literally a second — I feel that twinge: “Wait… am I doing summer wrong?”

You know that feeling, right? That tiny, sneaky comparison panic?Like everyone else is living in a coming-of-age movie and you’re… just chilling on the couch with snacks and Netflix.

And then — God. Holy Spirit. That nudge. That whisper: “Girl. Stop. Stop chasing the aesthetic. Stop scrolling. Stop letting FOMO steal your joy.

The goal isn’t the perfect summer.

The goal isn’t the most posted, the most liked, the most wow.

The goal is the summer you actually live with Me in it.

Not the loudest summer.

Not the most posted summer.

The one where your heart actually shows up.

Because here’s the secret no one tells you: The tiny, ordinary choices you make in “meh” seasons? They actually shape the YOU who’s coming.

Ephesians 5:15–16 says it like this:“Be very careful, then, how you live — not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity.”

Other translations? “Make the most of your time.”

Not cramming productivity into every second. Not letting social media decide if your day counts.

It’s about being awake.

Not sleepwalking.

Not letting comparison run the show.

It’s noticing: God is here.

Today.

In the quiet.

In the random.

In the “ugh, nothing’s happening” moments.

Your summer doesn’t become meaningful because it’s exciting.

It becomes meaningful because you invited God into it.

Okay, girls... Summer Move for the week:

Start your day with one simple sentence.

Before your phone.

Before notifications.

Before the first “ding.”

Say it: “God, show me where You are in my day.”

Then watch.

Seriously, watch.

Maybe it’s a conversation.

Maybe it’s a sunset that makes you stop scrolling.

Maybe it’s a moment you choose kindness instead of drama.

Those tiny, seemingly “meh” moments?

That’s where no-regret summer magic happens!

Sis. Grab this. Run. Make it yours.
