FR Let’s Talk is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. Literally Magazine is a publication operated under FR Let’s Talk. Our Site provides information about our mission, programs, events, and publications. The FR Let’s Talk name, logo, and Literally Magazine name and logo are exclusive property of FR Let’s Talk. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

User-Submitted Content

Ministry Content and Disclaimer

Donations

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of Douglas County, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
