CURIOUS MAMA... START HERE! This Episode is for YOU! Before She Listens!

Hey mama—this one’s for you. If you’ve landed here wondering, “Who is this voice talking to my daughter?” or “Can I really trust her with my girl’s heart and questions?”—I get it. I respect it.

And I want to take the next 10 minutes just to talk to you—woman to woman, mom to mom.

So if you’re folding laundry, sitting in car line, or sneaking a minute of peace in the pantry—lean in. Let’s have a moment.

My name is Kaase, and I’m the voice behind FR, Let’s Talk—a Q&A-style podcast for Christian tween and teen girls. Think: no question off limits, always answered with truth straight from the Bible, and wrapped in encouragement, honesty, and a little fun.

But before I was a podcast host, I was a youth leader, a faith coach, a cheerleader for the awkward middle school years, and most importantly—a mom of two girls myself. I’ve got one stepping into 7th grade and another not far behind. I’m in this season, too.

The eye rolls. The deep convos. The questions that make you wonder, “Where did she hear that?” Yep. All of it.

And I’ve spent the last 18 years in youth ministry—walking alongside girls just like yours. Girls who are desperate to belong but scared to stand out. Girls who are quietly questioning everything you’ve taught them, and wondering if God really cares about the mess in their lives.

I created this podcast not to compete with your voice—but to echo it

To reinforce what you’re praying behind closed doors and crying about in your car.

To be one more safe place rooted in sound doctrine and biblical truth in a world that’s trying to disciple our daughters faster than we can keep up.

I know what it feels like to watch your daughter pull away, to see her scrolling and wish you knew what was filling her feed…

I know the ache of wanting her to open up, to ask the hard questions—but not knowing if she even knows how to ask.

And I know the fear that creeps in at 2 a.m.—when your mind starts spiraling like, “Is she getting her answers from TikTok… or Truth? Wait—is she even on TikTok?! Didn’t I say no?!”

And here’s where I want to pause and say something important—something I feel deeply as a fellow Christian mom:

I know many of us have drawn firm lines when it comes to social media, podcasts, or even phones altogether—and I fully support that. Like 120%. So let that sink in and for all intended purposes, let me just say it again. I FULLY support and defend your decision to limit your childʼs social media use and the decision to wait on getting her a phone.

In fact, my own daughters don’t have social media either. But I have carefully filtered what podcasts they’re allowed to consume, and let me tell you—some of the few faith-based shows they do listen to have sparked incredible conversations, beautiful questions, and rich insights.

That’s why I want to encourage you: this is a powerful opportunity to listen to FR, Let’s Talk with your daughter.

Not just handing it off and hoping it helps—but engaging it together

These episodes are designed to stir conversations organically. The kind that don’t feel forced, but flow out naturally. Conversations that are raw, deep, and meaningful. Conversations I pray will strengthen your bond and her faith.

FR, Let’s Talk was born from that tension. The tension between having questions and identifying a safe place to actually ask them.

Because in the chaos of culture, our girls need a space to wrestle, to wonder, and to be reminded:

They don’t have to shrink to fit in.

They don’t have to shape-shift to be loved.

God already set them apart—on purpose. (Leviticus 20:26)

And when a girl knows who she is in Him—chosen, loved, and called—she’s empowered to live boldly, walk in truth, and shine like the light she was created to be. And when a girl knows who she is in Him—chosen, loved, and called—she’s empowered to live boldly, walk in truth, and shine like the light she was created to be.

But here’s what we believe at FR, Let’s Talk: that kind of confidence doesn’t just appear. It starts with curiosity.

Before a girl can stand firm in her faith, she has to be safe to ask questions. Real ones. Big ones. Sometimes awkward, messy, or scary ones. Because faith built on silence and shame?

That’s sand. But faith built on truth, explored in love and without judgment? That’s rock-solid.

So we start there. We meet her questions with open minds, listening ears, and biblical answers—not watered down, not sugar-coated, but straight from the Word.

And then—once the confusion the world sold her starts to clear... once she begins to see God’s Word as her compass... then she can anchor her identity in something unshakable.

From that place of clarity and confidence, something powerful happens: she doesn’t just keep the good news to herself—she’s compelled to share it.She becomes a disciple who makes disciples—walking boldly in the Great Commission, not because she has to, but because she wants to. Because she’s tasted the joy and freedom that only Jesus brings—and now, she’s ready to spread it.

Now—I know that entrusting your daughter to any outside voice is a big deal. So let me tell you exactly where I stand:

I believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God—true, trustworthy, and useful for everything we need in life (2 Timothy 3:16).

I believe in the Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.I believe salvation is by grace through faith, not by works.

I believe in water baptism, divine healing, repentance, and the power of the Holy Spirit to guide our daily lives.

This isn’t just feel-good fluff. It’s the gospel.

Every answer I give—whether it’s about dating, friendship, insecurity, or identity—is rooted in Scripture, covered in prayer, and designed to lead girls closer to Christ.

So here’s what I want to ask you to do, mama:

👉 First, check out the episodes yourself. I made this podcast for girls, but with you in mind.

👉 Second, invite your daughter to listen with you. Pick an episode. Start a convo.

Let her know she’s safe to ask questions. These episodes are the perfect conversation starter. They bring up topics that they might be otherwise afraid to approach!

👉 Third—sign up for our weekly newsletter. This is SUPER important. Not because I want to add to your already flooded inbox, but because this is where the important stuff lives.

All the best resources, where I give updates, and where you’ll find tools to keep faith at the

center of your girl’s journey. And trust me—you want both you and your daughter on that list.

It’s our heartbeat.

Mama, I see you.

I see the effort, the worry, the prayers, the passion.

You are SO not alone.

God chose you for her—on purpose.

And I’m just here to be your teammate.

To echo what you’re already pouring into her.

To be another steady, Spirit-led voice pointing her back to Jesus.

Let’s raise girls who don’t blend in—but stand out. Who don’t just survive middle school—but shine in it.

Thanks for trusting me. Let’s keep fighting the good fight—together.

With love and so much hope,

Kaase
