About our Writers
Our writers are passionate about reaching the next generation of teen girls. Each of us wholeheartedly subscribes to the Mission & Vision Statement of Literally Magazine.
This magazine is a hands-on extension of our FR, Let’s Talk podcast—stories, games, devotionals, and challenges girls can hold, reflect on, and enjoy. Each issue is designed to help girls grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally, all while getting a healthy dose of Jesus.
By contributing their writing, our team partners to inspire teen girls to live boldly as Christ-followers, advancing the Great Commission through both FR, Let’s Talk and Literally Magazine.

Kaase Levell
Equal parts hype girl and Holy Spirit messenger, Kaase brings the kind of honest encouragement this generation desperately needs. She speaks straight to the heart of middle and high school students — the ones wrestling with identity, anxiety, comparison, insecurity, friendship messes (and yes, social media madness too). Her messages are Scripture-soaked, Spirit-led, and packed with real talk that meets teens right where they are… but refuses to leave them there.

Adriane Cook
Adriane Cook is a Christian mom of two girls, a cycle health and fitness coach, and podcast host of Empowered Puberty for Girl Moms. Through her business, Empowered Womb, she helps moms and daughters discover how beautifully and intentionally God designed their cyclical bodies- and how understanding that design leads to true confidence, joy and empowerment. Learn more from Adriane on her podcast.

Erica Scheipsmeier
Erica Scheipsmeier is a wife, mother, and grandmother who followed God’s leading to create Heartland Place—a space in the heart of Florida where people gather, grow, and connect in faith. After many years as a Certified Public Accountant, she now pours her heart into Heartland Ministries, helping others discover their God-given purpose and experience the beauty of authentic connection with Him and one another.

Gayle Cheatham
Gayle Cheatham is passionate about helping teen girls navigate life’s big questions through faith and authentic connection. As founder of Thrive Offline, she champions digital wellness—empowering youth to set boundaries, form real-world friendships, and embrace intentional tech use. Kathy Van Benthuysen
As a 30-year teacher and coach, 20-year mom, and co-founder of the Digital Prep Academy, Kathy Van Benthuysen, Coach KVB, knows how kids think, learn, and grow. Instead of simply warning parents about smartphones and social media, Kathy created real solutions - coaching programs that prepares kids before they get it, equipping them with the tools, stories, and guidance they need to thrive before they go online.

Leigh Young
Leigh holds a master’s in counseling and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. She loves leading small groups and walking alongside others as they deepen their faith, discover God’s grace, and grow in love for the Lord. She lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband and four lively kids. When she’s not writing or counseling, you can find her curled up with a good book, playing with her kiddos, or dreaming up her family’s next adventure.

Paige C. Clark
Paige C. Clark is a writer, speaker, and podcast host who believes faith isn’t about having it all together — it’s about showing up anyway. Through honest conversations and practical encouragement, she helps women live out their calling right where they are. Paige’s heart is to build a community rooted in grace, laughter, and the kind of faith that can handle the messy middle.

Tischa van de Reep
Former wild child turned Christ follower, Tischa brings authenticity, vulnerability, and heart to God’s Word. Passionate about Jesus and His precious ones (that’s you!), she serves by making Scripture relatable to everyday life. Through her teaching, Tischa inspires women to deepen their connection with Christ and embrace their unique roles in His Kingdom.
